Dr. Hogan is a board certified Ophthalmologist specializing in the treatment and surgery of eye disease. He has performed thousands of eye surgeries on patients throughout the region including other eye doctors and their family members, medical doctors, surgeons, as well as nurses. He is a frequent speaker to other eye doctors for their continuing education.

Dr. Hogan’s Medicare certified, single specialty ambulatory surgery center was the first on the Mississippi Gulf Coast dedicated exclusively to eye surgery. Dr. Hogan participates in Medicare’s Physician Quality Reporting System Initiative and in Medicare’s Maintenance of Certification Program.

He has been recognized with the “Best Ophthalmologists in America Award” by Consumers Research Council of America, a Washington D.C. based research organization. Dr. Hogan is dedicated to continuing to bring the finest quality eye care available to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
